Beijing-Urumqi-Turpan-Dunhuang-Jiayuguan
-Lanzhou-Xi'ning-Xi'an-Shanghai 16 Days

Day-1: Beijng--Arrive in Beijing

Day-2: Beijing-Urumqi--Fly to Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

Day-3: Urumqi-Tianshan Mountains, Drive to Tianshan Mountians, visit the Heavenly lake, the Xinjiang Museum

Day-4: Urumqi-Turpan--Drive to the Southern Mountains valley, a grassland, visit the Kazak yurt, then drive to turpan, visit the irrigation system-Karez, Emin Minaret. Enjoy the Uygur dancing and singing

Day-5: Turpan-Dunhuang--Visit the Ruins of Ancient City Gaochang, Beziklik Thousand Buddha Grottoes, Ancient Astana Tombs, the Flaming Mountains. After dinner catch the night train to Dunhuang.

Day-6: Dunhuang--Drive to Dunhuang, visit Mogao Grottoes, Mingsha Hill, Crescent Moon Lake.

Day-7: Dunhuang-Jiayuguan--Drive to Jiayuguan, visit the Great Wall of Jiayuguan

Day-8: Jiayuguan-Lanzhou--Catch the night train to Lanzhou, the capital of Gansu province.

Day-9: Lanzhou-Xi'ning--City sightseeing of Lanzhou in the moring,such as the Yellow River, etc.. at noon catch the 4-hour's train to Xi'ning the capital of Qinghai province.

Day-10: Xi'ning-Qinghai Lake and Bird Iland--In the morning drive to the Qinghai Lake, the biggest salty lake in China, famous for its bird's iland with many thousand species of birds, visit the Tibetan yurts and talk with the Tibetan people. Drive back and visit the famous Ta'er lamasery, one of theTibetan centers of Lamaism

Day-11: Xi'ning-Lanzhou--Catch the train back Lanzhou in the morning.

Day-12: Lanzhou-Xi'an--Fly to Xi'an in the morning; visit Ancient City Wall, Big Wild Goose Pagoda.

Day-13: Xi'an--Visit the Terracotta Warriors, Huaqing Pool.

Day-14: Xi'an-Huashan Mountain--Drive to Huashan Mountain, ascend to the top of the mountain by cable car and enjoy the attractions of Huashan. Descend by cable car in the afternoon, drive to Xi'an.

Day-15: Xi'an-Shanghai--Fly to shanghai, visit the Bund, Yu Garden
